Round 3 — feed-first and immersiveCurrent proposal
For the viewer who opens an app to watch, not to browse: the feed is the home and is already playing (muted), a floating pill replaces the tab bar and folds away while you scroll, a pull-down "Today" gives one three-minute teaching and the week's presence, and a long talk opens as a swipe-up page over its own trailer. No streaks, no infinite scroll — the day's cards end.

Deliberately left outNo streak counters, no "you'll lose your progress", no autoplay with sound, no infinite scroll past the day's cards — the feed ends on "That's today's. Come back tomorrow."
